Mophie has announced Juice Pack Air for iPhone 4 to provide users with on-the-go power in a light-weight external rechargeable battery case. The case is designed to nearly double the battery life of your iPhone 4.

The company explains: “The Juice Pack Air is a rechargeable external battery concealed inside of a protective form-fitting case for the iPhone 4. It offers you the full protection of a hard-shell case while providing virtually twice the battery life of the iPhone alone; all in an ultra-thin, light-weight, low-profile design.”
The Juice Pack Air also features an integrated LED status indicator on the bottom, which will let you know exactly how much juice is left at the push of a button. It also indicates the charging status so you know before you go. The case design acts as a virtual speaker box, redirecting sound from the bottom of the iPhone 4 to the front.
The case provides up to six extra hours of 3G talk time, 36 hours of bonus audio playback or nine hours of video playback, according to Mophie. It's now available for $79.95.
