iBall Launches Andi 3e, Andi 4d Android Phones  
 
The Andi 3e is priced at best buy of Rs 6,990 and the Andi 4d comes in just a bit higher at Rs 9,490 only.

Monday, June 25, 2012 iBall announced the launch of its two new series of phones, Andi 3e and 4d. Andi 3e comes with a unique breathing light feature, which has multiple colours that can be set to glow as per a user’s wish on different functions like incoming call, SMS or music. The phone runs Android 2.3.5 Gingerbread. The company is calling it the ‘superhero’ of phones as the phone has capabilities of front camera for seamless video calling on 3G networks, full capacitive touch and dual SIM standby among other features. It is available in a stunning wine colour and has a 650 MHz processor plus features such as Bluetooth, Wi-Fi and GPRS to let you stay seamlessly connected, and at a faster pace.

The phone’s GPS system is apt for the rushed professional and the leisurely traveller. And for the latter, it also has a 3.2 MP camera to store more life within its swanky body. Having said that, battery should not be a problem with it as it is supported by a 16GB MicroSD card support. Users can browse photos on the 3.2-inch bright LCD screen.

The other phone, the Andi 4d packs in most of the above features but manages to bring in an edge with a 1 GHZ processor, a 5MP camera and 4-inch display, it is clearly made for those with a larger appetite for entertainment.

Sandeep Parasrampuria, director, iBall told EFYtimes that Andi4d will be upgradable to Android 4.0 in future, the date of which is not confirmed as of now but Andi3e will not be upgradeable.

Both these phones have dual SIM facility, 3G capability and front-facing cameras make them both high on desirability.

The Andi 3e is priced at best buy of Rs 6,990 and the Andi 4d comes in just a bit higher at Rs 9,490 only. With both phones surprising by flaunting a G-sensor, proximity sensor and a light sensor.
