I purchased a table fonetab 7.1 from GO TECH Delhi and it costed me 7000- Rs. When I received the tablet I was very much excited. But my excitement lost just after opening the pack it was a used tablet it had a lot of scratches on front & back of it. Even after fully charging it the batter lasted for only 0.5 hours against the claim of 7 hours. On top of all this Camera was not working and when I talked to the salesservice department they suggested me to get it repaired from locally. I insisted for their service and sent backadditionally paid 400 Rs for courier the tablet 15 day back but they are not ready to comment on what is the problem when they will send it back. After much follow-up when I asked for replacement they stopped responding me back. poor service. First of all the overall business scenario is not good across the world and these people are poor in not only product but also service GOD can save them.I only suggest not buy any product from GO TECH and save yourself from all these un-necessary tensions.
