15 Android ICS Phones Under Rs 15,000!

Here's a list of 15 smartphones under Rs 15,000 that run Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich.

We are not sure whether Google will ever treat Indian Android fans with 'Kaju Katli' after a couple of Indian Android enthusiasts started with the 'Join The #KajuKatli For Android' campaign to make Google name the next Android version as Kaju Katli. Well, Android Kaju Katli is not available this Diwali but you can definitely treat your near and dear ones with Ice Cream Sandwich as it's easily found and a bit easy on the pocket as compared to Jelly Bean- the latest Android OS.
