New Delhi: Avaya GlobalConnect and The Contact Centre School (TCCS) have signed an agreement to offer contact centre consultancy services to contact centres in India and assist them in optimising their contact centre operations and technology utilisation.

On the occasion, Maggie Klenke, founding partner, TCCS, remarked, "Our mission at The Call Center School is to equip call centre professionals with the knowledge, skills and abilities necessary for successful performance on the job. In order to foster this professional development, we provide services like standard courses designed for call centre professionals, customised educational programs for business, general call centre consulting and more."
The partnership will rope in industry specialists to develop course content and to ensure successful transfer of newly-acquired knowledge and skills to call centre managers and supervisors.
Amit Mehta, BU head-CC/CRM solutions, Avaya GlobalConnect, said, "We are excited about this tie-up and are feeling glad that we will bring value-add to our clients. TCCS shall also conduct sessions on workforce attrition and security, the biggest challenges that call centres are facing today."
