Acer has introduced the Acer Aspire 5101ANWLMi notebook at a price of Rs 31,499. The notebook uses an AMD Turion 64-bit-enabled processor running at 2.0 GHz, and comes with a hard disc drive of 60 GB. It also features a 15.4-inch CrystalBrite screen and an inbuilt DVD writer.

Commenting on the new offering, Rajendran, general manager, sales and marketing, mobility and display products group, said, "By pricing our notebooks very attractively we enable our channel partners to reach out to customers effectively."
Based on the Linux OS, Acer Aspire 5101ANWLMi is equipped with 512MB DDR2 RAM, Integrated 802.11 b/g wireless LAN, 3 x USB 2.0 ports, 5-in-1 card reader and a lithium ion battery.
Acer is also offering its customers gifts worth Rs 3000 as a special bonanza on the purchase of Acer Aspire 5101ANWLMi, before 31 December 2006.
