Thursday, September 20, 2007:
Sanat Technologies has launched NAS (Network Attached Storage) gateway product – Sanat g4000 product model – an addition to Sanat’s existing suite of NAS and IPSAN product models that cater to the library management and audio/video industry. The gateway can help leverage the dynamic provisioning capabilities of StorOS software across an existing Fibre Channel SAN infrastructure to support an expanded set of business applications. The Sanat g4000 NAS gateway is based on StorOS microkernel operating system, which is designed to unify block and file storage networking paradigms under a common architecture.
