India Telecom 2007, an international conference and exhibition centering on telecom-related equipments and technologies, will be held from 12 December to 15 December 2007 in New Delhi. The event is being organised by DoT, ministry of communications in association with FICCI. The four-day event, titled 'Digital Divide to Digital Opportunities', will focus on technology development and advancement in telecom sector; including equipment suppliers, component manufacturers, and hardware and software solution providers.

India Telecom 2007 will have three days conference sessions from 13 December 2007 to 15 December 2007. Based on the response in India Telecom 2006, there will be an 'Open House Session' with senior officials from DoT, TRAI and DIT on regulatory issues e.g., licencing, TRAI procedures, IT initiatives, etc.
Delta India Group will showcase a wide range of telecom power management solutions at Telecom India 2007, including: online UPS solutions; solar PV solutions (SPV) and building integrated photovoltaic (BIPV) application solutions; Energie - which is said to be the world's smallest universal adaptor to charge several types of devices including laptop, iPOD, mobile phones, gaming consoles; SMPS type power systems, inverters, converters and various other AC/DC inputs devices.
During this event, Delta will also unveil, for the first time ever, Vivitek Video walls, high-definition video wall display solutions, for a wide variety of control room applications in the telecom industry, and business projectors for use in boardrooms for all types business and institutions.
"We are kicking off an aggressive market outreach programme at Telecom India and all our major product lines will be on display this major event. Telecom India presents a unique platform for us to showcase our world-class product lines to both telecom service providers as well original equipment manufacturers," shared Dalip Sharma, managing director, Delta Energy Systems.
