Nearly 200 companies will participate in the two-day global conference.

Monday, February 18, 2008:
The India Semiconductor Association (ISA) is hosting ISA Vision Summit 2008 in Bengaluru, on 18 February and 19 February 2008. The theme of this conference is 'Evolving domestic market: Growth driver for the Indian electronics industry.' Jairam Ramesh, minister, state for commerce, Government of India, will address the two-day global conference. The keynote address will be delivered by Azim H Premji, chairman, Wipro.
According to Poornima Shenoy, president, ISA, "This is our third consecutive global conference. The emerging Indian market is the key driver of the industry impacting both design and manufacturing.

It is important for ISA to highlight the intrinsic worth of India and we have the support of our ministries at both the state and central level to do so. This year’s participation is from nearly 200 companies, with 300 plus delegates from over six nations."
