In4velocity Systems, the Bengaluru-based provider of software solutions for the real estate and property development industry, is planning to tap the growing real estate market in Delhi and Northern India, for In4Suite -- its enterprise resource management system (ERMS) application.

In4velocity’s current client base has been predominantly in the South. With the recent focus on the Northern Region, In4velocity has already added six customers in the last year, taking its customer count to over 50+ across 11 cities in India. It hopes to add five clients every month across its geographies and expects the NCR to contribute a significant amount of customers.
Highlighting the company's plans, Rahul Chawla, CEO, In4velocity Systems, said, “We see Delhi and other states in North India like Punjab, Haryana, UP, etc., as a major market for us. We already have well known names of the construction world as our clients in Delhi and the Northern region, such as Pioneer Land, Jaypee Group, Spaze Group, Alpha G:Corp. We are targeting to add another 10-15 customers in Delhi this year. We also have plans to set up a full-fledged office in Delhi very soon.”
“Given the rapid growth and pressure real estate developers undergo to design and deliver projects on time, In4Suite ensures smooth flow of information which is critical for the developer to execute projects on time, effectively manage materials and run the business in a cost-effective manner,” added Chawla.
The company is reportedly growing steadily with above 400 per cent per year and plans to continue on its growth path in a similar fashion for the coming years.
