Belkin Launches Toll-Free Service In India

Monday, June 23, 2008: Belkin Asia Pacific Limited has announced the Belkin India toll-free service. Effective immediately and accessible across India, the service is designed to offer free, simple, hassle-free and quick service to customers keen on seeking after-sales or technical support for Belkin products bought through authorised retailers and resellers in India.

Presently available only in English language, this ‘round the clock’ toll-free support service, manned by Belkin trained support staff, will offer support regarding nearest Belkin sales outlets, authorised service centres, product warranty concerns and other technical support queries.

The Belkin toll-free number (1-800-419-5546) will be accessible from all fixed line and mobile phones across India, with the call charges being billed directly to Belkin and no charges being levied to the customer. To access this service, callers will only be required to furnish their Belkin product part number. Belkin plans to continuously monitor the toll-free service quality and will upgrade infrastructure as per needs.

"Belkin is a customer-driven company, and we look upon the toll-free after-sales and technical support service as an integral part of our customer-focussed approach in India," shared Madhu Joshi, business development director, Belkin Asia Pacific Limited.

Belkin products are distributed in India by Cyberstar Infocom Limited and Redington India Limited.

It is so strange that no one from Belkins bother to reply to customer complaints. Only tall claims about customer service. Where is your efficient team gone I have tried 1800 419 5546 so many times...it says this no does not exist Dont you realize there is always back up system need to be ready So sorry belkins...your name gets such a reputation. My router 893 also got beating like your service and stopped working Thanks to MTNL for back up. Lets see how fast you work on the customer complaints.
