Sony has introduced what it claims to be the world's first LCD TV -- BRAVIA Z450A -- with Motionflow 200Hz technology in India. The new technology are positively noticeable in action scenes or sports broadcasts as it reduces jerkiness by creating an additional, transitional picture that is inserted into fast-moving sequences.

By increasing the number of images, the BRAVIA Z450A can display even the fastest sports scene smoothly without a blur, the company claimed. Additionally, the LCD TV is equipped with a full suite of BRAVIA technologies, from the BRAVIA Engine 2 to 24P True Cinema technology, ensuring the best Full HD cinematic entertainment experience. The TV also features Live Colour Creation technology and 10-bit LCD panel.
Coupled with Advanced Contrast Enhancer, the BRAVIA Z450A series is equipped to produce crisp, noise-free images with perfect contrast. Superb viewing quality is assured with Intelligent Picture feature that automatically boosts weak analogue broadcast signals to produce flawlessly clear images.
Complementary to the BRAVIA Sync-compatible, BRAVIA Z450A has hassle free connectivity to a wide range of Sony's home entertainment devices via one remote control. After connection via the three HDMI outlets available, owners can switch easily from viewing their movies on their Handycam to enjoying photos taken on their Cyber-shot with the BRAVIA Sync remote function. Compatible with PhotoTV HD, owners can manage, edit and share photos utilising the camera menu displayed on the BRAVIA Z450A.
Available in 52-inch, 46-inch and 40-inch sizes, the new BRAVIA Z450A will be available at Rs 3,59,900, Rs 2,43,900 and Rs 1,83,900, respectively.
