Nipa Modi Joins CRP's Senior Management Team

Nipa appointed as chief executive officer of CRP HR Services.

CRP, a risk mitigation and employee solutions firm, has hired Nipa Modi as chief executive officer (CEO), CRP HR Services with additional responsibility of chief marketing officer (CMO) for the entire group.
In her new role, Nipa will be responsible for growing the CRP HR Services, the new business division focussed on employee solutions like training and skill development, background checks and HR support services.

As the CMO, she is driving the marketing and branding strategy to make CRP one of the most admired risk mitigation service brands in the region.
Commenting on the appointment, Rahul Belwalkar, CEO, CRP, said, “CRP today is one of India’s leading professionally driven risk mitigation company. Nipa has an impressive track record of successful global brand transformation and growing regional business across various verticals. She demonstrated vast experience through her former senior profiles in the corporate world. As a key team member, she will add significant value to CRP’s leadership team and help drive customer solutions.”
Prior to this, Nipa has held industry positions such as senior vice president, sales and business development at First Advantage for the Asia Pacific region. She was a director at IntegraScreen Consulting, where she was instrumental in developing Asia’s first centralised employment repository.
She has also been founder member at Quest Research, Asia’s background screening company. Nipa’s experience in risk management and compliance commenced with her position at Hill & Associates, a Hong Kong-based risk management. She holds a diploma in business management and is a graduate in economics and commerce from Mumbai University.
