HVR Advanced Power Components, Inc. (HVR), a supplier of ceramic-carbon resistors, has achieved ISO 9001:2000 certification for the design, assembly and distribution of electronic resistors. The certification was awarded following a comprehensive, independent audit by SRI Quality System Registrar of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania.
Audit findings determined that HVR has demonstrated effective implementation of a world-class quality management system at their Tonawanda-based manufacturing facility, informs the company.
