Iomega, an EMC company and a global data protection firm, has appointed Accel Frontline Services as its warranty service provider in India. With this appointment, Iomega customers will now be able to avail of technology voice support and return material authorization (RMA) service support across 36 cities through 40 service centres provided by Accel Frontline Services.

Customers will also be able to reach out to Iomega technical support centres on the toll free hotline 1800 425 9888 for trouble shooting assistance. The customer support services will be available for the full range of Iomega products for portable, desktop, network and multimedia drives.
Commenting on the appointment of Accel Frontline Services, Harish Rao, national sales manager, Iomega India, said, “Service excellence has always been a key component of the Iomega business philosophy. The newly-established product service centres are set to bring our customer service in India to new heights. In keeping with our development in the India market, Iomega will continue to enhance its customer service.”

To support Iomega’s penetration into the consumer markets, Accel’s service centres will be located in cities like Ahmadabad, Bengaluru, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Mumbai, Pune and New Delhi, amongst others. Customer can call on the toll-free number for trouble shooting assistance. Requests for product replacement will be forwarded to Accel Service Centers upon determining of warranty conditions.
Accel Frontline Services will also provide RMA updates through SMS/e-mail -- type "Status" Defective Product Sl. No. and send to 9600094051.
Customers can also check their RMA/service call status through www.myservice.accelwms.in. Type the vendor RMA no. or temporary ref ID or call Id with phone number (landline/mobile).
