With every operation of Wave Soldering Machine, Dross gets generated. Ren Thang Solder Dross Separator helps user to extract pure tin from the dross thus saving substantial amount of money in daily production activity through recycling process. Depending on the quality of solder used tin extraction can be as high as 80%.
This machine is useful for extracting tin from both leaded or unleaded solder dross irrespective whether dross is hot or cold.
Machine operation is very simple and involves loading of dross in the pot of the machine, setting appropriate temperature using in built temperature controller and rotating the handle for 15 to 20 minutes. After this pure starts flowing out of the outlet
