The Forte M25P devices are available from Rochester with a supply voltage range of 2.3V to 3.6V and a deep power-down mode that typically draws 1?A, the devices effectively reduce power consumption and are ideal for battery-powered applications. The Forte M25P family is also offered in automotive- grade solutions, with temperature ranges from -40ºC to +85ºC.
