Vaitheeswaran To Quit Infy BPO

Seetharaman Vaitheeswaran, the head of Infosys BPO's India business, will quit the company to join Manipal Universal Learning (MUL) as the chief operating officer.

S. Vaitheeswaran has been appointed as the chief executive officer of Manipal Universal Learning (MUL). He was the director and COO of Eicher International before he joined Infosys. Vaitheeswaran has 30 years of experience in the areas of sales and marketing, supply chain management, operations and global marketing.

Vaitheeswaran along with some other executives is joining Mohandas Pai's passion--Manipal Universal Learning (MUL, the for-profit corporate arm of the Manipal group's education ventures.
MUL offers distance learning (bachelor's and master's degrees), vocational training and customised courses for corporate clients. MUL also owns and runs medical and engineering education campuses in Nepal, Malaysia, Dubai and Antigua, according to a TOI report.
