The Capgemini Leadership Awards for Innovation honors Capgemini clients who have adopted innovative approaches to drive business excellence and technology leadership.
VFS Global is being honored for demonstrating the power of technology in the government and public sector domains in partnership with Capgemini. The solution created for them has helped various diplomatic missions automate the visa application processes, and ensure that the best security and monitoring services are leveraged for fraud management and control. Globally, VFS has led the visa application process transformation, thus providing millions of travelers with improved customer experience and a more secure environment for international travel.
