The workshop will be organised in Mumbai from 4-6 June 2012. It will focus on Definition of Green IT - its Internal and External Drivers and Roles & Responsibilities; Principles of Climate Change. It also focusses on Policy, Strategy, Action, Program Plan Development; Various Calculations (Carbon Footprint, RoI, Payback Period, Cost Benefit Analysis etc.); Change Management, Risk Management and Mitigation etc. Special focus is given on Vendor Selection and the Cradle to Grave Scenario for the IT.

Candidates will be made to go trough a certification exam which leads to the ISEB Foundation Certificate in Green IT - successful candidates receive it directly from BCS ISEB UK.
