Turbo Power Systems Inc Announces Board Changes

Wednesday, July 04, 2012:
TPS, the innovative electrical machines and electronic systems provider, announces that Mr James Pessoa, Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Company ("Board"), has resigned from his role with immediate effect, after having resigned from his position with Vale Solucoes emEnergia, the parent company of TAO Sustainable Power Solutions (UK) Limited, the Company's majority shareholder.

Rodrigo Braga, currently a non-executive director of the Company, has agreed to act as Chairman of the Board on an interim basis.
The Board intends to appoint a replacement director and further announcements will be made in due course.
