Android is the flavour of the season. The best part about the mobile operating system is that it comes out with variants that suit every pocket. Here comes another Android smartphone from Spice- Mi-285, which comes with a 2.8 inch touch display and physical Qwerty keypad in a bar shape. This will be the company’s first touch and Qwerty Android phone called Mi-285 in the market. The official announcement is yet to come on the phone but the phone is already available for order on online retail stores like Saholic.

Priced at Rs 6,999, the dual-SIM phone runs Android 2.3 Gingerbread operating system. The phone has 650MHz processor for smooth user experience. It supports GPRS, EDGE, 3G, Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, and USB connectivity.
The smartphone features 3.2MP main camera and VGA front camera. Other features include GPS, A-GPS, analog TV, proximity sensor, push email, Gtalk, and 32 GB expandable memory. This phone will be battling the likes of LG Optimus Pro C660 and Motorola Fire XT 311 as it is priced very closely to both of them.
There are two similar smartphones in the market from LG and Motorola but the good thing is that the Spice is the only one that offers dual SIM option.
