Great Learning Experience For Students Who Returned From NASA, USA & Singapore Tours

Friday, August 10, 2012 A total of 14 students were overjoyed after returning from NASA (USA) & Singapore. These students were the finally declared National toppers (1st Rank) of each class (total seven students, one from each class) & the National Runners-up (2nd Rank) of each class (total seven students, one from each class) in Scholarship & Talent Reward Test (STaRT-2012) successfully conducted in the year 2012 by Resonance, a premier Coaching Institute for IIT-JEE, AIPMT, AIEEE Olympiads & other competitive examinations

Shauryasikt Jena of class-VI from Gautam Budh Nagar (Noida), Himanshi Mehta of class-VII from Udaipur (Rajasthan), Divyanshu Mittal of class-VIII from Kota (Rajasthan), Shrishti Asthana of class-IX from Chandigarh, Swati Gupta of class-X from Jaipur (Rajasthan), Shudhatma Jain of class-XI from Kota (Rajasthan) & Pankaj Goyal of class-XII from Agra (Uttar Pradesh) are the students who were declared National toppers and won Eleven days visit to USA including three days visit to Space Camp at Kennedy Space Centre, NASA, USA and also four to five other tourist attractions in USA. They were accompanied by Mr.Asheesh Sharma, Vice-President (Strategy & Planning) & Executive Head

(Academics), Resonance.The trip was organized from 10.06.12 to 21.06.12. Apart form the above the National toppers also won Gold Medal, a Merit Certificate & scholarship certificate worth Rs.1 lakh to 2 lakh.

Parth Anil Shimpi of class-VI from Nasik (Maharashtra), Lakshay Sharma of class-VII from Lucknow (Uttar Pradesh), Puranjan Dev of class-VIII from Khurda (Orissa), Sheshansh Agarwal of class-IX from Jaipur (Rajasthan), Parth Sharma of class-X from Kota (Rajasthan), Yash Gupta of class-XI from Udaipur (Rajasthan) & Jain Shubham Anil Kumar of class-XII from Thane (Maharashtra) are the students who were declared National Runners-up & won. Six Days visit to Singapore including SCIENCE CENTRE SINGAPORE & also four to five other tourist attractions in Singapore. They were accompanied by Mr.Lokesh Khandelwal, Executive Director, Resonance. The trip was organized from 04.06.12 to 10.06.12. Apart form the above National Runners-up also won Silver Medal, a Merit Certificate & scholarship certificate worth Rs.1 lakh to 2 lakh.

The winners from different districts across India along-with their Parents were very excited after returning from the tours and winning prizes. Mr. R.K. Verma, MD, CEO & Head (Academics), Resonance congratulated all the successful students, their parents. According to him, Resonance holds a high reputation for the sincere & successful methodology in its programmes for the tough competitive examinations like IIT-JEE, AIEEE, AIPMT, KVPY, International Olympiads & NTSE and the expertise & understanding of the crux of competition at Resonance are the backbone of devising STaRT-2012 to effectively give students a chance to compete with their true mettle and also adjudge themselves against the prevailing level of competition in the country.He also acknowledged the hard work and dedication of the entire family of Resonance specially STaRT 2012 team for their valuable contribution in organizing such big event successfully at National level

Mr. Manoj Sharma, Vice President (Operations & Business Development), Resonance said that STaRT-2012 witnessed an instant popularity among students of class VI to XII throughout the country and more than 81000 students of various cities participated in its Stage-I Test conducted in December 2011. A total of 9399 students made their way to Stage-II and 6628 finally appeared in Stage-II Test conducted on 5th February 2012 at Test Centres in 28 cities supervised by Resonance. Mr. Sharma also said that 606 schools across the nation gave their consent for participation in stage I of the exam & 1.5lakh students filled the registration forms.
