Sharp, Philips Introduce Vacuum Cleaners In Oz

Both the firms have come out with a range of floor cleaners in Australia; the products are equipped with latest technologies.

After launching a wide range of consumer electronics in several countries, Philips and Sharp have now entered the floor cleaning category with its latest range of products in Australia. All the models of these vacuum cleaners are available in Australia and are expected to reach the other parts of the world very soon.

Philips recently launched four models under this category, out of which, two models are bagless, other model is designed in a stick form and fourth one is a hand held. The EasyClean 1800W bagless vacuum cleaner has 300W suction capacity, it is also equipped with SuperClean Air HEPA 12 filter and an extra long 1100-cm (11-m) reach. Another model, EasyLife bagless houses a 2000W motor, 350W suction power along with an indicator light for emptying the cleaner and a HEPA filter. While the MiniVac stick is dishwasher safe and the MiniVac handheld is put together with Lithium-Ion batteries. The price for the stick is fixed at Rs 6,682 and for the EasyClean model, it goes up to Rs 16,720.
On the other hand, Sharp brings you the cyclone vacuum cleaners and plans to add on more models to the series in future. Both the models are integrated with the latest technology from Sharp , like - Plasmacluster Ions that clean the air, dust compression, ultra high efficiency filter along with a light weight unit which is designed in way that vibration and the noise is minimised. The canisters deliver 330AW suction power and a reach of are priced between Rs 38,938 and Rs 44,540, delivering 330AW suction power with a reach of 815-cm (8.5-m).
