HCL Infosystems, the India-based tablet maker has introduced its latest Me V1 tablet in the country. The HCL Me V1 sports a 17.7-cm (7-inch) WVGA capacitive display comes with a resolution of 800 x 480 pixels. The tablet runs Android 4.0 aka Ice Cream Sandwich OS and comes powered by a 1 GHz Cortex processor and 1 GB RAM. The tablet supports voice calling with an in-built 2G SIM card slot. The device comes with 2 MP rear camera with LED flash and 0.3 MP front-facing camera.
Connectivity features like Wi-Fi, 3G via dongle, GPRS, EDGE, Bluetooth and USB are also supported. The tablet also comes with G-Sensor. The device is loaded with a 3,200 mAh battery. It has an internal storage of 4 GB, which is further expandable up to 32 GB. Sadly, the ME V1 does not support Android Play store, instead it comes with HCL's own branded Me App store.
