Reliance Retail, after the launch of Reliance Fresh stores in India, has introduced 'Reliancedigital', its pilot consumer electronics concept mega store. The new destination for the latest in technology and entertainment products and services will open to consumers at Shipra Mall, Indrapuram, Ghaziabad.

I would never shop there again!
I bought the basics for my new apartment at Reliancedigital in Gurgaon. Left more than 1 lakh in the shop (washing machine, fridge TV etc.) and expierienced the worst customer service EVER! The goods were delivered some days late, installed even later. Some of it was not working properly, but was not replaced as promised. Customer service did not even pick up the phone anymore when I called. As I tried to call from another phone (different number) they picked up, but as they realised it was me, they said they'd call back, hung up and never called again. My one and only advice to everybody thinking about buying there would be: LEAVE IT! It ist not worth the trouble!
