The Crescendo C200 smart card makes the deployment and use of smart cards on Windows easy and has been tested for baseline compatibility with PCs running the Windows Vista operating system. It is also certified for use with Windows XP and Microsoft Windows Server 2003. Organisations can now enable smart cards by downloading the minidriver from Microsoft Windows Update or Download Center.

The Crescendo series of smart cards also includes Crescendo C700 smart card. Both Crescendo C200 and C700 cards are supported by Microsoft Identity Lifecyle Manager 2007. In addition, Crescendo C700 supports applications from third-party vendors including single sign-on, VPN and pre-boot authentication. |
