As per the alliance, GSA and ISA will provide ongoing co-support of each other’s initiatives and activities, and will focus on fostering business relationships amongst member companies while promoting international exhibitions, conferences and seminars. These efforts will benefit the network for both organisations. In addition, GSA and ISA will exchange industry report and research information and assist one another with trade delegations amongst their members.
Commenting on the agreement, S Janakiraman, chairman, ISA, said, “We look forward to an expanded and long-term rewarding partnership with GSA and its members. Our organisations will work with each other on a range of activities to demonstrate our mutual interest and value to support the semiconductor industry.”
“We have collaborated with the India Semiconductor Association on several initiatives since 2005 and are pleased to officially form an organisational alliance with ISA,” said Jodi Shelton, co-founder and executive director, GSA. “Future collaboration will bring increased value and resources to our global semiconductor members.” |
