In its study conducted across various industries and cities in India, the institue ranked companies along five key parameters – credibility and integrity of management, respect and support for employees, fairness in policies, pride in job and company, and camaraderie in the workplace.
Commenting on Aditi’s culture, Prasenjit Bhattacharya, CEO, Great Place to Work Institute, India, says, “Aditi’s informal culture and flexibility provided to employees makes it a great place to work.”
Aditi said the findings of the study are an indicator of companies’ ability to hire and retain top talent in an economy that is witnessing a severe talent shortage. In the IT space, the quality of talent is the largest determinant of quality of services provided to customers, and over 6000 IT companies in India compete to hire from the same limited talent pool.
Added Pradeep Singh, founder and CEO, Aditi, “Aditi has always described our employees as our most important stakeholders. Our founding principle is one of creating a workplace where people have pride in their work, enjoy what they’re doing, and know they can make a difference. Our business model demands retaining people from the top 1 per cent of talent available, and we’ve focused on building a great work culture and doing high-end interesting work. Named as one of the Top 5 IT workplaces in India, when there are 6000 such companies, is a matter of great satisfaction.” |
