Friday, June 06, 2008:  Mistral Solutions and Adax Europe Ltd have entered an agreement for Mistral to distribute Adax’s SS7, ATM and IP product portfolio to telecom companies in India. Through the partnership, Mistral will also support the vendor’s expansion with a range of joint marketing and commercial activities.
Adax said its products are designed to meet the signalling requirements of today’s complex telecommunications environment, such as the convergence of SS7, ATM and IP networks. Mistral Solutions can now provide its customers with solutions that can deliver total scalability, fast time-to-market and rapid return on investment, the company said.

According to Mujahid Alam, VP, sales, Mistral Solutions, “We have been working in the SS7/signalling market for the past eight years, and during this time have achieved notable success reselling software stacks in the Indian market. By partnering with Adax, we can now provide our customers with signalling hardware that will help us provide a complete signalling solution.”

“Mistral is renowned for its telecommunications expertise in the India and Sri Lanka market and has a very strong and well-respected practice. We are excited about working with the team and feel its customers will benefit from the increased usability Adax’s solution provides,” stated Robin Kent, director, European operations, Adax.
