The process of availing this offer is simplistic. The customers are required to login to www.in.lge.com and visit Consumer Promotion section to register themselves to avail the extended warranty. They will then get a registration number. The invoice copy of purchase and MRP sticker cutting from the carton box of monitor needs to be then sent on the address specified on the website to avail the two-year extended warranty certificate.
Commenting on the new offer, R Manikandan, business group head, monitors and OSDs, LG Electronics India, said, "We, at LG, have confidence in our products and the technology that we offer. Hence, we want our customers to experience LG's best-in-class LCD monitors and enjoy microscopic picture clarity together with five years peace of mind. While these products come with standard three year warranty, during this promotion period the customers can avail an additional two years of extended warranty."
The extended warranty can be claimed in future by producing the certificate to any of LG's service centre. The status can also be checked on the company's website. |
