The new facility in Hyderabad will be a critical component in developing Pegasystems’ BPM vision moving forward. Pegasystems will employ skilled and experienced engineering talent who will be tasked to explore the frontiers of BPM technology and bring new ideas and concepts into Pegasystems’ products. Pegasystems has worked closely with the city of Hyderabad and the state of Andra Pradesh on the opening of this facility and looks forward to the contribution this office will play in the company’s global BPM initiatives. “Pegasystems has had a foothold in India, specifically in Hyderabad, through initiatives with partners since 2002,” said Suman Eadunuri, managing director, Pegasystems India. “Based on the company’s great experience in Hyderabad, we decided to invest in a direct presence in the region. Our office there will be a critical resource in supporting the growth and adoption of BPM amongst all our partners and customers.”
“Pegasystems is creating a technology hub in Hyderabad that will match our engineering facility at our headquarters in Cambridge, Massachusetts in terms of staffing, skills, sophistication and innovation,” said Mike Pyle, senior vice president, engineering, Pegasystems. “This new research lab will grow in capability and influence as we identify and onboard the top talent in our key disciplines to help develop future enhancements of Pegasystems’ core BPM products.”
According to Alan Trefler, chairman and CEO, Pegasystems, “BPM technology is poised to hit an adoption stride in the near future, and we see the Hyderabad facility positioned to help us organisationally address the growing global demand for BPM solutions.” |
