Being a Web-managed application, users are not tied to contracts or subscriptions, affording companies control and flexibility over telecommunication costs, says the company.
Steven Ng, managing director, Nexwave Telecoms, said, "Web-conferencing solutions, such as iConference, which do not require client software downloads and are charged on a demand-basis, may provide a more cost-effective alternative to contractual-based conferencing facilities which have a fixed-cost monthly subscription component or require prepayment before the first call is made."
iConference's other value propositions include the ability to generate automated invitations and reminders to conference participants which can be sent either via SMS or Email. iConference also allows either inbound calling or outbound dialing, recording services and recurring schedules for weekly or monthly meetings.
SunPage is offering a promotional 30-day free trial per account per company. Thereafter till 31 January 2008, there will be a 33 per cent discount on the regular conference charge which is 18 cents per user on a per minute block.
