According to the company, the new CRM solution will complement Akbank's existing customer management systems to enable the Bank to enhance its portfolio, campaign and leads management processes. Once implemented, the CRM system will also provide Akbank with a uniform and consistent view of its customers to drive up targeted intelligent sales and improve existing reporting facilities.
