Kajwadkar is a Certified Business Continuity Professional (CBCP) by Disaster Recovery Institute International, USA (DRII - USA), and is member of the Business Continuity Institute (MBCI) by Business Continuity Institute, UK (BCI - UK). Kajwadkar also holds certification from BCMI of Singapore titled Business Continuity Certified Expert (BCCE).
