Android Gets Opera Mini 5 Browser

Opera has released a beta version of its Mini 5 Web browser for Android-based smartphones, reports Computerworld. The beta version compresses data by up to 90 per cent before sending content to the phone to speed up browsing over low-bandwidth data connections. Chinese Users Sue HP For Faulty Laptops

After finding faults with Hewlett-Packard laptops, more than 100 Chinese users have filed an official complaint with the manufacturers, says The Economic Times. Jiang Suhua, a lawyer at Yingke Law Firm in Beijing, said, "Around 170 Chinese citizens sent the complaint on Friday to the country's quality control watchdog agency, General Administration of Quality Supervision, Inspection and Quarantine, and ordered HP to recall all faulty laptops in China."
